All escape route signs, escape door mechanism signs, emergency equipment signs, fire action notices, fire fighting equipment signs and fire alarm signs should be illuminated at all times, either by normal lighting or emergency lighting.
If a sign is not illuminated when normal lighting is unavailable, i.e. during a power failure, Photoluminescent signs must be used.
Our range of signs is all made from uPVC and meets Class 1 British Standard.
